As we are in strict isolation I have not been running and I have missed it. relative in Hamburg told me about someone running a marathon on their balcony which made me ashamed of my slipping back into couch potato mode over the past week, so I opened the gates either side of the bungalow and made my own running track. Because I have done the same road run every second for the past month I was able to visualise it so the physical exercise became a mental exercise too. Apart from the hilly bits (my garden is fairly flat) it felt as if I was doing my normal run. I feel so much better! Monday night is my yoga class night so tonight I will do yoga at home. I am just having some lemon in hot water (vitamin c boost and hydration) time for a shower and then meditation.
