Here is the latest instalment of my book on everyday mindfulness I am still adding instalments of my book as audio recordings on my YouTube Channel, at the moment there are four instalments available. I am trying to add one each day. I find the process time consuming but very interesting, I am learning new skills including how to use Canva which is a super site full of wonderful tools. The aim of the book is to show people how if they can be mindful in daily life life becomes enriched and calmer. Here are the links It seems a long time since I posted on my blog. This is because I took a trip to Worcestershire then I had visitors followed by a horrible hacking cough which has taken weeks to shift it's still hanging around a bit however, it is time for me to get active again. I decided that instead of going straight to print, I would offer my latest book as a free audiobook. There is so much upset and confusion at the moment I feel it is appropriate for those of us who can be of service to consider what they can offer.
